Three Ravinia, originally developed by Hines and designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Kevin Roche, is located in the Central Perimeter submarket of Atlanta. This trophy asset consists of over 800,000 square feet and 30 floors and major tenants include IHG Hotels and Hapag LLoyd. The building was acquired from Blackstone’s Real Estate Investment Trust in August of 2023.
